Sharyn Roach Anleu is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at Flinders

University, and a past president of The Australian Sociological Association (TASA). She is currently engaged in research (with Kathy Mack) on the work of magistrates in

Sharyn Roach Anleu is the Matthew Flinders Distinguished Professor in the School of Social and Policy Studies and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. She has contributed to the Masters Program at the International Institute for the Sociology of Law, Onati, Spain.
